Mitch Thomas: Mixing With Creative Effects

Our very own Mitch Thomas gave a presentation to a packed cabin in the Log Cabin Studios at MixCon 2018, in which he revealed and explained the Effect Rack chains that were driving his track to the next level. Check this out to learn some of Mitch’s techniques for hi-hat delays, beefing up your kick drum, warping synth tracks into another universe, and more.

MixCon is an annual event featuring masterclasses, seminars, and lectures by some of the industry’s top engineers and producers. A very special thank you goes to SonicScoop and The Deli for throwing the event, and for bringing these presentations to the world.
