Our primary goal in collecting personally identifiable information is to provide you with the products and services made available through the Website and the Software, including, but not limited to our services, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account, if you have one.


Information Collected Upon Registration and During Purchase: If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Website, or to purchase Soundtoys products, you will be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to the Company. Data Retention: When you create an account or place an order through the Website, we will keep the information you provide to us indefinitely unless you ask us to delete this information.

Credit Card Information: When you make a purchase on the Website, Soundtoys will ask for your credit card information in order to process your order. Soundtoys does not keep a record of your credit card information. It is processed by, a 3rd party payment processing service that we use to process credit card transactions. Your Account: If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

We use Usage Data to help us improve the quality of our software and to provide relevant information to you in the form of software updates and other notifications. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information, except in case of a violation of the Terms of Service and our software License Agreement.


Sharing Your Personal Information: We share your information with third parties when doing so is necessary to provide our products and services to you.  For example, we use to process your payment information.
