Executive Assistant

Primary responsibilities for this exciting opportunity include:
Responsibilities include:
- Research and coordinate special projects
- Make travel arrangements. Some travel required.
- Coordinate dinners and other special events
- Assist with hiring new team members
- Represent the CEO and resolve issues on his behalf
- Schedule, coordinate, and maintain a calendar of meetings and appointments
- Interact with clients and business partners in person, by email or phone
- Coordinate staff meetings and follow-ups
- Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Provide regular updates to CEO and team members as needed
- Draft e-mails, review and prepare documents
- Assist CEO with personal appointments and tasks as needed
You may be qualified if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated writing ability
- Discretion and trustworthiness

This position is located at our downtown Burlington Vermont headquarters, a former art gallery and glass-blowing facility within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Lake Champlain.
